“ I have used Gas South for a long time. While there is nothing particularly bad about them, they could use some better customer service. I have called a few times and received the run around with no specific answer ever given. After a while I just give up and move on. Service itself is adequate though. ”

"It's not our fault we use a third party to pay online" I would use anyone but these guys. I didn't choose them, they bought who I had. “ Never mentioned the $90.00 "set up" fee for "Scamma Energy" when I inquired about switching from Gas South. I should have stayed, there is minimal differences in price per thermal unit and any savings is more than erased with this fee applied. Would NEVER have changed had I known of this fee....I'm fairly good a "simple" math.

A one-time connection fee is charged by Atlanta Gas Light to have service placed in your name.
