    Rates are updated on the 5th of each month and it looks like you submitted your request back in September. Please call us at 1-877-467-2262 if you'd like to review. Representatives are available Monday - Friday 7am - 8pm and Saturday 8am - 5pm.

     I signed up on Dec. 23 or something like that. I was told my new service would start the next month. It didnt start until Feb. my bill with my former company was really high but Ive gotten it covered and my new bill will be smaller. I appreciate the eventual help I got. Like I said it was hard and confusing but still good. Thank you everyone that helped me!

    I should have listened to the negative reviews

     I am a new customer to Xoom. I contacted the company about my first bill I received that was for only 2 service days. Starting 9/1 ending 9/3. They charged me the full AGL base passthrough fee of $28 dollars for only 2 service days. When I inquired why my first bill would only be for 2 days or why they could not prorate/credit my bill they said Sorry. Our system automatically starts new service dates on 1st of each month. Okay no problem, but if they know new service starts on the first why would they have their billing system setup to end statements on the 3rd of each month? This means each new customer gets charged the full AGL passthrough fee for only an initial 2 day service period. Seems like a scam and a rip off too me. They tried to tell me it all had to do with the day the meter was read. Okay fine too, but charging people a full base fee for only a 2 day service bill is unethical at best.

    Customer service the worst I have ever encountered

     Rec'd letter saying I would be billed $4.99 for something I did not request. On 3 occasions I attempted to remove this Greener Life from my bill which I had not rec'd even my 1st bill as I began service on 2/1/2022. If I had asked for it would be free for 1 year, which I did not. The two attempts that I made were 45 and 20 minutes before I hung up. Finally, it was taken care of after a total wait & completion time of 1 hour & 15 minutes. This is unacceptable & I will shop around in 1 year. All this before I rec'd my 1st bill, a good start for GNG.
