    Nice company to deal with withh the lowest prices.

     After being with FIRESIDE GAS for 10 yrs and 5 stores later, which ended due to a shut off something that never happened within these 10 yrs to any of my stores. Being a human error, the company acted totally disrespectful and extremely dismissive. If the owner or its investors of FIRESIDE GAS knew what their staff was up too, I'm sure they would be fired. And without getting into it, the uneducated person with the difficult job of using a wrench, was highly rude, dismissive and disrespectful to my staff of 3, all who confirmed this. Though the idiot with the wrench did not seal the deal of switching, it was the fact FIRESIDE GAS did not send me a shut off notice, email, nor was it noted on the online account, where ALL 5 stores are located. The only email received was my payment. FIRESIDE lost $24,000 yearly business.

     I changed from Scana to Constellation because they were recommended to me. After ordering the change online on their website, I was continuing to receive bills from Scana. Constellation did not communicate with me to let me know what the status of my account was, or whether they had cancelled Scana's service. Three months later, I called them before I paid my Scana bill, and they confirmed it was being processed. That seems like a long time to "process" and order, and with no communication, a bit concerning. I now have received my final bill from Scana and my first bill from Constellation. I hope their service is better than their lack of communication.

     I was a customer of SCANA energy for 2 years in an apartment I shared. The rates varied greatly and the customer service reps never gave me a direct answer of why this would happen when we lived consistently the same way. Upon the end of our lease at the apartment Consumers continued to bill us despite the fact our lease had ended and we had provided them with a proof of the end of our lease. We had to pay two more bills than we should of, and threatened to send our bills to collections during the period of time we spent trying to get the issue resolved. If you have the opportunity to use another company, I would recommend that you do so!

     I have made several attempts to get an issue resolved with Constellation, to no avail. They are difficult to communicate with and do not respond to queries in a timely manner. If I had another reasonably comparably priced option, I would leave Constellation immediately.
