     Constellation had the best price and the transition was seamless. I may change gas providers annually or as my contracts come to conclusion. I only change when I can find a better price. All the providers I have used have had comparable service and billing policies. Finding the cheapest provider is the challenge.

I had to call to find out what was going on, only to learn you had my 'mailing' address listed as Augusta GA, but the 'servicing' address was correct. Still haven't received anything .

     Been a customer for a few years, when I started getting notices about better rates, they wouldn't budge on their price which was 30% higher per therm. For convenience, I stayed an additional year but was prepared the next year and left at the next renewal. When when I did leave, they stuck me for an extra $10 which I paid, and then another $10 dollars because it wasn't on time. They don't respect or appreciate their customers and seem to be vindictive if you leave.

    Save yourself time and go with SCANA

     After an hour and 15 minute wait, I got through to set up an account only to be told that the previous tenant at this apartment had a balance. They would not complete my set up until I sent them a copy of first page of my lease with start dates to prove I wasnt previously living in apartment. Why is this my problem!!
    I was instructed to wait 24 hours to call back. I called back, waited one hour and 35 minutes to get rep to finish account. This delayed making appointment for set up which resulted in moving in without gas being turned on for water heater. This rep said they should not have required me to send lease dates. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but got disconnected.
    Just to check other companies, I called SCANA. Wait time 3 rings and got connected to a very helpful rep. By this time was Friday of holiday weekend so earlier install also not possible, but I wish I had called them first! Would have avoided WASTED time and might have hot water now if I known GNG does not have enough staff to handle phone calls for set up. Ridiculous waste of my time! Also my install window is 8 AM to 5 PM. I asked for confirmation or info about appointment and rep said they dont do that.

     I got with Ga. Natural Gas back in May of 2018. My price per therm was 38 fixed. When I called them, they said I was on a variable rate and it was 1.59 per them. That's insane. I switched immediately to another company.:(

     You are charging more for the monthly fee than described in your ad. You are charging me over $47/month just in pass through charges. This is outrageous. And gas south is also still charging me for service.

Then when you switch marketers, and arrange to change to another, even if you arrange the switch on the contract end date, they try to rip you off with an early termination fee.

    Diane-Thank you for taking the time to write a review. To avoid an early termination fee, you would need to satisfy your contract with your current provider. Switches are processed one-time a month for all marketers. If you submit a switch by the 20th of the month, you will be effective on the first day of the following month. If you submit a request after the 20th of the month, it would not be effective until the next month. If we may assist you further, please call us at 1-877-467-2262.
