     My apartment was in a fire on 9/11/208, I called in the week after to cancel my service, however, my service was never canceled, I am not sure why? I spoke to so many customer reps to resolved the problem everyone I spoke to before Ms. Marrie, was being rude and very disrespectful until I email customer service with pictures of my burn apartment building and my statement of when I moved out on 9/11/2018 because of the fire. They were still billing me for the service even though no one was living in the unit because of the fire.

    I email customer service with pictures of my apartment building BURN DOWN and the statement of me move out on 9/11/2018 and Marrie Castilon was the only person who helps me out of the 5 or 7 other people I spoke to before. she called me the day after I send my email and my problem was resolved she took care of the outstanding balance of what I was billed for. I am so grateful for her help everyone else I spoke to assume I wasn't telling the truth. Thank Marrie Castilon!!! I am so great full for your help!!! and resolving the issue.

     For whatever reason, they couldn't seem to get their billing aligned with AGL and so sometimes my bill one month would be low (term cost) and the next it would be close to double cos they're trying to recover their money. I can't budget for that. Is this a problem now for all gas providers or is Constellation just especial crappy?

    Archaic website and faulty system that overcharges if you don't pay attenion

     1. The website is as glitchy and non-functional as it could get. Could save a lot if you just take the site down, or at the very least make it accessible! But I guess it makes sense why GNG does not want you to log-in to your site, as they can overcharge you per therm and you would never find out if you are not able to login to review the bill.
    2. Regarding the overcharge - signed up for $0.307 per therm (fixed rate - 12mo) and just found out that they been charging me $0.499 per therm all year! Again, shows on the bill, which you need to access your account on the website to find out. Every time I tried to check the account, it would not go forward from the log-in screen and then lock the account for 10 minutes at a time. Finally had to call customer service and have them reset the PW and grant me access.
    3. Signing up, again thanks to to the "state of the art website" as their call waiting recording falsely claims, the "state of the art" system seems to have created two accounts for the same house while trying to sign-up. Took over an entire week to get that sorted! How are people still signing up with this company is beyond me!
    4. If the customer is slightly at fault, the price per them can jump over a dollar or get hit with penalties and ALL kinds of additional

     Received a $6.03 invoice for my first three days of my initial month of service beginning 04/01/18, indicating zero therms used??? This bill was balance forwarded to a $41.54 for the remainder of the April cycle? Really, this is how we keep new customers?
    Contacted C/S and was unable to resolve billing issue. Was transferred to billing which I let ring for at least five minutes prior to hanging up. Situation status - unresolved.

    Poor Customer Service

     The best the company can do for turn-on service is an 8 hour window. They can't provide a more narrow time frame so I have to take the whole day off to be at home. They won't give a notice before they arrive, and if I have to head to the store for anything and miss them then it'll be a whole 24 hours more to have a service rep arrive. Very bad customer service.

    Billing canceled my auto payment which in turn canceled my account. Once I learned they were no longer accepting my billing because of a decision they made, I paid in my bill in full. But, 2 weeks after I pay, they send a rep out to turn off my gas. What company turns off service to a fully paid customer and won't turn it back on until the next day and only with an adult present at the house. I lose my gas service and a whole day of work just for a terrible company like Constellation. I am a very dissatisfied customer.

    I am happy with the pricing of the service, but the price does not make up for the terrible service provided. Do not sign up with Constellation Gas or Atlanta Gas Light Service.

    Horrible Service

     We have been a GA Natural Gas customer for 2 years. We had been set up as an automatic bill payer for the entire duration of our service. For a reason that GA is unable to discern (not a rejected pmt, expired card, etc.) the payments stopped processing. This was an error on GNG not us. They claimed they sent ONE letter to us about disconnecting (which we never got) and called one time- but were unable to identify what number they called and did not leave a VM. No email communication was sent. They cut off our service on a night that the temp dropped to 32 degrees. We have a small infant and with no notice had to find a way to heat his room and also were unable to bathe him or cook dinner. They can't get anyone out until 4-8pm the following day. This is ridiculous during a pandemic where we are unable to work in an office or even shower/stay at a friends house due to quarantine. This is not how you treat customers. Completely unacceptable.
