  When I signed up for Beyond Power, I advised the customer service rep that I am retired, on a fixed income, and will pay my bill promptly on the first of each month. The rep said the bill will be due slightly before that. I said "OK", I'll pay the late charge. I get a "courtesy call" immediately after the due date. Then, by the time I've already paid the bill, they send a disconnect notice. They clearly understood that I would be paying on the first of each month (on line, before 9 am). To make matters worse, the on line site will not allow me to include the late charge, so it shows up on the next bill (it becomes a late, late charge, I guess).

Representative Rude

  I just had a representative from Provision Gas stating she can save me money on my bill. If I just grab my bill and give her the account information. I stated that I am not interested, and she responds with a sarcastic attitude "how are you not interested in saving money and getting a lower rate"? Then she continued with the attitude and sarcastic comments.
I suggest your people that are representing your company to work on their customer service skills and their sales pitch. Very rude and if that is how they are going to be I have no interest in switching to that company!
