Rude representative, atttude from the time she answered the phone. UGI sent me an emailed and told me my bill was passed due. But I have auto pay, I payed it since it apparently didnt work. UGI then charged me twice.
To get a refund they give you the run around. They want a formal letter from my bank saying they wont reject the return. My bank doesnt even understand. Quick to take $$$ but cant return it. |
