YEA!!! Payless Power

(5 / 5)

Nothing but good opinion of P.P. For many years; always kept me and mine warm in winter, and cool in summer. Never in the dark.

The best in the business

(5 / 5)

Customer service is top notch. Saved money since switching to them. Never have had any issues and they are always helpful, especially saving me money.

Historic payment ????

(2 / 5)

Ive only had gas south for about 5 months but instead of paying my actual bill on the pay as you go i am paying a "Predicticted historical payment" which means all of the prior tenants if their bills were outrageous then since my bill is based on the history my bill is outrageous. Even though i dont even use my heat hardly.!! Any suggestions

TXU Plays Games

(1.6 / 5)

We moved away from our home in January 2012. We left on the electricity for lights when the home was shown by agents, and took all appliances with us. Our current bill (May 2012) is $65. Even if every light in the home was left on for 30 days it still wouldn't generate that much usage.

We were told they would charge us a fee to go out and look at the meter again.

Our bills are higher than ever, the customer service is horrible. They send threats the same day the bill is due and unpaid. RUN FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!
