Good to recommend

  Vista Energy is good. Because of the Lowes gift card that they offered me, I went with them. They explained everything well and everything that I needed to know about the energy. Their price is pretty well fair. I leave my aircon on a little longer because its hot and they kinda helped me cut my electric down a little bit and it got cheaper on me. I enjoy the service and I would like to continue on with it. If somebody asks about it, I would tell them about it and to get the energy.

  Nice to see a reduction in our electric bill. Have only received one bill to date. My biggest peeve was with Direct Energy. 3 clowns come out and DEMAND to see my CenterPoint confirmation letter and rates. Stated we couldn't make the switch without their approval. They blocked my handicap ramp entrance and looked like bouncers. I actually had to push through them because they would not let me through to get back in my house and still they kept banging on the door. I watched them go door to door using the same same tactics Thumbs down on Direct Energy!

Rocky start

  Although I provided the agent with the correct address and meter number and told them the address they were showing my meter at was incorrect they did not believe me. Subsequently my service was delayed and I was in a house without heat for days. Repeated calls yielded no results. They kept telling me my meter was located at 249 North Pinecrest Dr which is 3 1/2 miles away. They finally told me to call Atlanta Gas light myself to get it corrected. I did. They didnt find anything but a pine forest at the incorrect address.

Once I opened a complaint with the Public Seevice commission they decided perhaps they should actually come to the correct address I had given them which is 249 Pinecrest Road to turn in the gas. They were stunned.

The number or calls and pleas for help I made were totally ignored until I notified the PSC.

Agents should be trained to listen to customers and not argue with them. And to take ownership and resolve service record issues with Atlanta Gas Lught themselves.

Long time customer but it doesn matter to them

  Ive been with Georgia natural gas for over 20 years. 2 years ago I got into the guarantee billing program after two years of being in it instead of automatically renewing they did not. They said I was supposed to call but they didnt tell me that when I was on the phone with them. My monthly bill got up to $237 then I called to try to get some help with getting back into the guaranteed billing program But I still had to pay that bill plus more because it takes one to two billing cycles to get back in. So even though you might be a long-time customer and theres nothing they can do to help me and so Im switching companies.
You try to do things to make things simpler. If it was something you subscribe to your automatically in until you call to end it but not in this case so that seems to be a way that they can try to get more money out of you if you forget to do that.

  Didnt end up using their service because they never answered the phone. If customer service is that hard to reach when Im trying to establish service I cant imagine if I actually needed them for something.

Was with TXU for over 35years. No More!

  Just switched because of my bill going up more than double! Just got off the phone with one of the "customer service" guys who wondered why we switched.Then blamed me for it happening. We called them when the bill spiked the first time and they told us nothing about a contract expiring...in fact told us nothing had changed that the service had to make up for an overage that month. It bought them another two months of gouging me. I was told that they can't notify people when the contract expires......I wonder if they would notify me if I had left the contract a month early.
Hey TXU ! it is alot cheaper to keep a current customer happy than it is to attract a new customer.
It's no wonder why you are bleeding customers and money. My wifes Father retired from TXU and he'd be ashamed of what going private has done to TXU.

Just Energy are LIARS

  Just Energy send people door to door with sepal to say save you money when they really just want to rip you off and get rich. Promising and good rate and then having another one on the contract they have you sign. SO BUYER BEWARE, Just Energy is nothing but a COARTIST! That $.5.99 cap, is not a cap, it is added to your monthly usages, so in my case I pay by the MCF. SO the monthly rate based on the exchange plus the 5.99 is the really almost double the rate.

If You hear the word Just energy run AWAY.
