  I have had Gassouth for 2 years and it's been great. The rates are affordable. There is no deposit at sign up. The Best part is the yearly perks. Disney on Ice was great!!

Excellent service

  I've never had gas before in any of my homes until now. I had no idea as to how any of the buying/delivery/using of gas systems. I called and pretty much told the guy I was clueless when it comes to gas, and he helped me out, asked a couple questions and told me exactly what I needed. They came out to deliver and the guy was so helpful, and showed me everything I needed to know.

Transferred from another company because their customer service rep was rude!

  Sign-up was a little more difficult than I expected. My account information did not automatically transfer. Apparently, the old account numbers were not compatible and the representative had to look it up and process the new account manually.

Horrible customer service!

  Getting electronic bills is difficult. We also had our gas cutoff with them after not receiving any bills. First time in my life and then they wanted to charge us an arm and a leg to turn back on and once we found a better providder. Saving a few therms is not worth this horrible customer experience.

Have a problem every year when it comes to renewal!!!

  Advertising 36.9 per therm for 12 month fixed, (nothing says for new customers or 18 month contract), and will not honor their ad. That's false advertising, flat and simple! Talked to 3 people, got all kinds of excuses, but still won't honor their advertised ad. Every year I have to go through all their sales garbage, and they don't care about their existing customers.

Gas South Hates Their Customers

  After 18 years as a very good Gas South customer their "customer service" employees decide sarcastic comments and attempted intimidating comments are the best way to deal with a longtime customer for ONE late payment! Even after I promised the full balance would be paid in 4 days Gas South continued the harassing contacts. Their low customer''s rating on this website is well deserved. Should be no problem to find another gas company.
