Firstly, it\u2019s the Scana Energy<\/a> Introductory Variable Rate<\/strong> plan at $0.489 per therm. There\u2019s no ETF and the monthly fee is low at $5.95. You also get a $5 bill credit for 20 months. However, keep in mind that after one month with the intro terms, the rate jumps to the provider\u2019s standard variable rate. According to the PSC<\/a>, that is currently  $2.090 per therm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, we have the Georgia Natural Gas\u00ae<\/strong> Market Intro<\/strong> plan at $0.599 per therm. There is no ETF and no monthly fee. Once again, remember that this is an intro rate.
