Finally, there is the Xoom Energy<\/a><\/strong> SureLock 24<\/strong> plan at $0.499 per therm. That rate is almost 10% cheaper than the previous plan and more than 25% cheaper than the most expensive 24 month plan. The ETF is $200 and the monthly charge is $5.85.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to data from the GA PSC<\/a>, the rates of all the 24 month plans available today are slightly to significantly cheaper than similar plans from last year.
